1. Air transported divisions - not airborne divisions that can de dropped into a province, but flown in to support a proper airborne assault. This could potentially make airborne drops a far greater threat.

2. Ultra-heavy railway guns in the vein of Dora & Schwerer Gustav guns. Slow moving, costly & time consuming to build, but devastating when used against enemy fortifications - they would be used as independent units that aren't attached to a division. I'm not convinced of the merits of this idea, but I'm going to float it anyway :)

3. A chart that better illustrates the impact of convoy raiding upon enemy stocks of oil, energy, raw materials, etc. For example; you've sunk 1,200 oil, 2,500 energy, 675 rare materials and so on & so forth. Perhaps it could be presented in weekly or monthly intelligence briefings similar to the casualty stats as well as a chart in the statistics folder?

4. The ability to offer non-aggression pacts of greater duration. As it is, I think the length of a non-aggression pacts is 18 months, but perhaps when offering a non-aggression pact the player could be given a few different options, let's say, 18 months, 2 years, 3 years, etc? This may be of great value.

5. Soviet–Japanese Neutrality Pact Event.

I can see that having huge benefits to both Japan & Russia, as well as creating major headaches for others. I think it's a must.

Anyways, your thoughts, criticisms & suggestions are more than welcome :)

1. I have always wished you could just fly divisions about. Perhaps another way to do this might be to make an "air redeployment" mission that's unlocked when you research transport planes? It could be faster than strategic redeployment but a lot heavier on TC, and not restricted by water.

2. Isn't this covered by the super-heavy artillery brigade? Those grant big bonuses to their unit versus fortifications and give penalties to movement of basically any kind. I guess you could do them as independent divisions, that wouldn't be too hard to mod, but you'd end up with them taking casualties in combat, which isn't really what they did.

3. I don't believe resources are actually lost when convoys are sunk. They just stay where they were instead of moving. So you'd have to implement that first.

4 and 5 seem like good suggestions.

I'd particularly like to see 1, 4 & 5 introduced. 3 certainly has appeal, particularly if you're losing the resources and not just the convoys. And 2... well, we'll just leave that one where it is, I think :)
