I've looked through the list and don't see this mentioned anywhere...

If a woman is expecting a child, you kill her husband and marry her, she moves to your court but when the child is born it's in her original court which I'm guessing isn't meant to happen.

That's strange because I saw it happen the other way to me. I was William de Normandie and had married this polish girl when I was 50 years old (the girl was 18 or so) and then she became pregnant. Soon after William kicked the bucket and the girl ran back to his daddy's court in Poland. After that, she married count of Telemark and my well statted son Waleran de Normandie just stays in Telemark. :(
