When trying to log in on the VtM: Bloodlines 2 site I get the message "403 Forbidden".

I've tried to log in with Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, and Pale Moon. Both with and without VPN, with and without browser securities enabled, with antivirus on and off.
EDIT: Also on three separate devices, across multiple IP-addresses, with a cleared cache, and additionally tried with the Ghostery browser. All with the same result. /EDIT

I've tried resetting the account password.

Would be nice to get back into my account, some advice would be appreciated. :)

Hi!

Can you login to your regular Paradox account? Could you try clearing your cache? I'm unaware of any similar issues, so it's probably a local issue. :)

1. Clearing the cache made no difference.

2. I tried logging in on a different device entirely, no change.

3. This has been a persistent problem for more than half a year.

4. I can log in to this Paradox account right here. I assume this is the same account as on the rest of paradoxplaza.com, but if not I log in just fine on the storepage and whatnot as well.

Tried logging in from a third device with a different ip, same "403 FORBIDDEN" message.

I'm assuming the devices have different ISP's? e.g. phone with mobile data, desktop with broadband etc different providers, basically. Could also be an ISP issue. Ran into the issue once. Different site though. They didn't like the ISP.

Different companies, who knows whether or not they share equipment. I get the same result with a VPN though.
