Well, considering how much better armored its turret was than the Tiger II (P) I would say that this is justified.
The M4A1, which has 10 AP, should have 11 AP like the other 75mm Shermans.you dont really want to touch the ap for the sherman 75, since it'll wrek the piv too hard

What ammunition quality though? Almost all ammunition within this time-frame was the same for the 75mm weapons, thus, they should have the same AP in the game.I think it's ammo quality and a way to add variety to the game.
Probably because it is Phase Bthis is my favorite, the german 130 pt sherman has +1 ap +1 av +1 Acc +5km speed compared to the allied 130 point sherman. WHY?

Honestly the prices dont need to be differant if the income is differant already.
An M4A3(75)w is +10 points more than one minute's income in C for 3rd AD, while Char M4A3(75) is +25 one minute's for 2e DB. Char M4A3(75) is actually more expensive.
They do if they want to make a specific unit more/less attractive without making everything in the division more/less expensive.
Since it's more expensive in 2e DB, you should be asking why are they trying to make it unattractive there.I'm not sure why eugen is trying to make sherman 75s in 3AD unattractive.
The final one or two ticks of income are also nearly worthless simply because whatever they buy will probably not reach the front in time to have an effect on the outcome. This has to be kept in mind when assessing real phase C income
