Error description:
When the Sudetenland focus fires and the British support the Czechs, France is offered to join the Allies (see screenshot). This breaks a previously existing French-Alliance faction from the "Little Entente" focus.
When all has happened England, France and Czecheslovaika are in the Allies, Yugoslavia is in the Entente and its leader (and only member) and Bulgaria loses its faction membership.
Reproduction:
Create French-Alliance with focus, invite Yugoslavia, Bulgaria
Wait for "Demand Sudetenland" to complete and British to support the Czech
