Revolting vassals accept to revoke their title

I forced the scottish King to offer me his titles () so I got all his vassals. Because all vassals hate me I paused and revoked all titles. But some of them were fast and declared war on me.
But before I could get my armies next to theirs they accepted to revoke their titles. Strange because I askes them before they rioted.
All request to revoke their titles should be deleted if they start a war against their liege.

Well... Happend again and again. Got whole France and Germany that way...

"Hey, how about you giving me your titles back and get some vacation?"
- "Hah, I will never be your vassal! DIE!" (didn't even notice my question)
*a week later, nothing happend*
- "Ok, you can have it..."

Quite strange that he even decalers war on his liege who has over 100.000 soldiers if he has only about 10... Insane guy.
