Triple usurpation

When AI rulers usurp a title, they tend to do it three times at once, all on the same day for the same title. What's worse, they seem to pay prestige for all three usurpations - when I checked the triple-usurping ruler's prestige, it was far in the negatives.

You might need to turn on the message setting for rulers usurping a title to see this. I just tend to turn on pretty much every message setting, so I see all sorts of things.
Once you turn it on, you should see this pretty soon, the AI tends to do this fairly regularly (as often as it has the chance to usurp a title).

I think it's another of those AI spam bug.
