30 Years War Mechanics Broken?

I've declared war on the Protestant coalition several times and now there's no one left to fight against.

What do I do now? I can't pass any reforms...

Waiting also for an answer. Bug or is it the wrong year? Nevertheless the reform mechanic is broken in this situation.

It might be the case that the only way to end the 30 Years' War in your favor as Austria is to wait for the Protestant league to declare war on you, but that just seems like a poor mechanic, as it's possible for the AI to never declare war. Maybe there an event that forces the war at some point?

I believe that if they don't declare war that eventually the Catholics are supposed to get a 'default win', need to dig through the patch notes to confirm.

I'm pretty sure you need to declare with a special CB for it to be the War of the Religious Leagues

And this isn't a bug at all, nations with a truce with the Emperor can't be part of the League against him

It probably is that the Protestants have to declare against you, otherwise couldn't you just declare as soon as possible and crush them while they are still small winning basically a free victory and forcing the Empire to be forever catholic

You'll get a default win sooner or later. Unfortunately I can't find the event in the files, but it might take another decade before it pops for you, I had mine shortly before the 1600s

I know there is suppose to be Peace of Westphalia to happen if conditions are met. What is the conditions for that to happen?
