so its 32 years since Russia attacked my then Vassal country Chukchi (i had to release them later when i lost a war against Nederlands 10 years ago) and i ofc got war leader. Since they occupied all but 1 province of Chukchi they have just sat there doing nothing and they have a too weak navy (transports) to take on my core provinces.. not one offer have they sent me and ther war enthusiasm has been low the last 20 years of the war.
the worst thing about this is while im losing in a war other nations like Nederlands are more likely to attack, what should i do
