Hi how can i increase the amount of fps in 5x speed. My specs are i5 10600k cpu , gtx 750 ti. I know my gpu is old but is it possible to have at least 50fps in early game.?

At speed 5, no. 30 FPS is normal at speed 5 for this game. You don't need a higher video throughput or smaller input latency for this kind of game. It's fine.

The only thing you could try to do is overclocking 2 cores of your CPU as far as you can. Maybe you get to 31 ot even 32 FPS.
But FPS is a quite bad metric for a Paradox Game on speed 5, since it is extremly CPU bottlenecked.
