(2) England. It was severly hampered by low MP before DW; but now, thanks to the new building system, it is a real powerhorse
(3) Burgundy. Le Purpe Blob 2.0. It is some sort of wild card - sometimes it kills France and becomes a superpower, sometimes it goes down and vanishes. But it is very, very powerful and has much potential. In general it is in a rather similiar position to Austria, but more powerful during the early game.
