- Newly formed rebel states will now get a guarantee and good relations with their sponsor from the start.

- Going over force limits is now a bit more costly. (It now increases by the percentage above it, not percentage of units above)

- Warscore from blockades on allies are now scaled the same way as everything else.

- Added spy efficiency and defense to the spy view.

- Land AI: More intelligent about when to withdraw and rest up damaged regiments.

- Boosted Italian manpower and taxbase

- Reduced French manpower a slight bit

- The manufactory-missions now gives a 4-star advisor instead of +1 base-tax when completing

- Reworked the religious war event chain to be a bit more challenging

- There is no longer a slowdown when combat is selected.

All around very welcome additions, particularly this one:

Is it correct to assume that the advisor always be linked to the type of manufactory (i.e., fine arts academies always give you artists)?

Nice changes/additions.
My favourites this time are "warscore from blockading scaled" and "manufactory mission".

Thanks for the update!

Sounds like there's more to the first one than meets the eye, I'm curious how this will work. Also, it'll be nice to see how good your defense and efficiency is so your no longer guessing how vulnerable you are.

What's with the sponsor for rebel states? It wouldn't make sense for it to be the country they're breaking away from, so it must be another country. Are there entirely new mechanics for breakaway states? Can a government pledge support for rebels they'd like to see appear?

Well you can "support revolt", which increases revolt risk by 3% for a little while. I always thought it was weird that newly formed states thanks to your support would get bad relations.
However, just like there should be more diplomatic options (trade provinces, war indemnities for a while, etc...), there should be more ways to sponsor rebels. It should be like sending war subsidies to a country: first, the more money you send the higher the revolt risk, and the more armies the rebels will be able to field, etc. It's weird that support to rebels from a country like Leinster is the same as from a country like Castille, and the only cost of it being the 25ducats it costs you to send the spy.

i like the guarantee idea :D

Yeah, I like more rebel dynamics. I wonder if the rebels will take the unit tech of the nation the rebels are from or will they take the unit tech of the sponsor... or if they will still be latin tech no matter where in the world?

I would like to join the independence war. I support the Norwegian revolts and when Norway breaks away, join their war for independence against Denmark (I could use some territory of them, and I want a free Norway)

Good news..

Just a tiny question: Is it possible to make a badboy based on religions? Assault on Christians gives you BB only in Christian countries etc..

I know this might be the wrong place to suggest it but I'll try it

Thanks for the update
