- Fixed a bug in the combat algoritms that would cause smaller units with proper morale to get wiped out by bigger no morale units.

- Garrison AI: Changed the base calculation for area needs to be more dependent on forces in neighboring areas. Should greatly help countries with overseas possessions near belligerents.

- Strategic AI: Will prioritize building ships if it has less then 3/4 of the desired amount.

- The inflation tooltip in the treasury slider is now color-coded.

- The inaugeration date for foreign monarchs is now shown in a tooltip.

- Each base-tax value increases production income base by 5% in a non overseas province.

- The bonus for Absolute Monarchy is now 5% discipline instead of lowered war exhaustion.

- Going above naval force limits increases costs of ships.

I just went traipsing through the thread list to find each of the patch updates and I came back here to find anew one with all the links at the top. :p

Looks like Production is getting a shot in the arm. All those high tax cloth provinces in the low countries will be worth even more now.

I _think_ it means that the AI will build fortresses more efficiently.

I beleive this will make the ai station it's troops in provinces that have many hostile troops nearby.

What about getting the ability we had in EUII, to left-click the ledger & go straight to the page we want. As the ledger grows, this becomes more & more desireable.

Otherwise it's all good, especially the adjustment of naval costs.

All it does is decrease the -max- war exhaustion score, which isn't really worth the +1 RR in all provinces. The extra killing power is better, unless you're full narrowminded and full decentralized and are constantly at max war exhaustion, which is an exceedingly silly way to play if you aren't going for a world conquest.
