A lot of people having a problem w/ WE, and the main cause is from attrition. You really need to add a thing at the top, "You are taking attrition in: Milan, Rome" so people know to split up their stacks.

How about having the army names colored. so, white if numbers are going to remain the same at the end of month, RED if there is to be a net loss at the end of the month, and GREEN if there is a net gain at the end of the month.

This would work but I'm more wondering why this is actually such a problem for people. Do they really have so many army stacks in enemy or unsettled provinces that they can't take 0.5 seconds to look at the stack and see the attrition percentage or are they just lazy? I don't mean that just for you - more it is a rhetorical question. I just don't see how this is a problem for anyone.

I'm not sayign its a problem for me, apart from when another country parks its army in my province.. would be a good addition regardless though.

Well there have been at least 15 threads about WE and the cause has been attrition and people being unaware of it. So while it's not a problem for you, or even me, it is a problem for some. I think an indicator at the top would get people's attention and be easy to code

Great idea... Its not usually a problem for me, until I have army groups of 24K, but if its possible to implement it would be a significant, yet simple addition to the game.

Not bad, but I'd prefer to have red indicate low morale. (Of course, you could have one for the names, & one for the #'s, in the outliner.)

I would also like the outliner/ledger tell me which ships are at low strength, or at least, which fleets include such ships. Unlike armies, you cannot see this from the #s in the outliner.
