3.04 latest official patch

As 3.04 now has been in beta for a year, I think its about time we made it the official version.

No changes have been made from the beta patch, the main reason to setting it live is to give new people finding the game a smoother ride in.

If you like the older version better you can still access is via the steam interface.

Note that the only change here is how you download the steam patch, for none steam users see this thread:

Really though, nice to see vanilla Vicky II getting a little bit of love; it's a great game, and the changes in this patch (if you haven't been using the beta of it) clean up a couple of little issues and add a few new little (but still wonderful) features.

It's being plan to be released with Half Life 3 as a boxed release, name of the box is tbd.

Thats weird, as it work perfectly for me before and on windows 10, so its probably something related to your installation. (try to clean everything, including documents and settings victoria 2 folder and install the game outside program files to avoid protected folders, (if you are not using steam/steam default folder))

If they put the work in, Vic 2 could be the greatest game of all time. the pop system is so unique and the economy has so much potential. if they take the good bits of hoi4 like the army and more ability to change ideology, it would be so great.
