Cancel construction tooltip
It is very difficult to get information about what is being built in a province. If you hover over the progress icon, the tooltip says "Cancel production - x months left", but it doesn't say *what* you're building. Only if you happen to hover over the improvement you are constructing do you get to see that it is being constructed. Also, if you click on the cancel action, the confirmation dialog also doesn't show what you are canceling, only a "Cancel construction - ARE YOU SURE?".
It would be nice if you didn't have to guess what you're cancelling, for example by putting the name of the currently building improvement in the tooltip and the cancel dialog, or a small icon above the thing being constructed.
