WinGameStore is the cheapest i've found it. It's not regional but sold in USD so you'd probably want to use PayPal. Problem for me though is they came short of actually confirming it was an authorised retailer on reddit - they just said "I suggest you research them", which suggests to me they may not be (as they confirmed GMG).

Wingamestore is 20% off vs GMG is 25% off. I guess for currencies other than USD the conversion rate could be different though.
I've used them for several games before, but yeah no real reason to use them over GMG.

Ah darn, I used the APR20 code for 20% off yesterday because I heard it was expiring today and I didn't want to not be able to get it discounted (it's not because I don't love you Paradox, I'm just poor haha). I could've had an extra 5% off!

Failed to buy there using the voucher, because they dont accept the visa card i use all time on steam. Not verified by visa - hm we got a code for that as well, typed that in once (!), reply "too many tries to verify that card". Ah well...

I did the same; requested a refund. The refund was granted in ~5 minutes. Then re-ordered @25% off.

I've been shopping at GMG for years. about 20 of my games are from GMG, including Dark Souls III pre-order (which I got for 48 dollars instead of 59.99). I stick around with them and applied for newsletter because they always send great vouchers for extremely new games. Their customer service is also very responsive in my experience.

Yeah, GMG's vouchers have made buying all these CK2/EU4 DLCs much more palatable. My past experiences with their responsive customer support have also been very positive.

That link doesn't work. Might have died with their new website, not sure when it went live but must be recent.
Best they seem to have now is their "Officially official" section of the about us page.
Still, they're a big and well known retailer and after all the keys I've bought through them I can't call them anything but reliable. They're not a grey market site like so many key sellers are.
