I can't obv. know the exact details, but since as far as Steam is concerned the game redeemed with 3rd party key is no different from one purchased directly from Steam, you should be able to get these DLCs just like any other person who bought their Field Marshal edition from Steam directly -- I'd imagine these would be simply added automatically to your Steam account once they're done, based on whether you have the Field Marshal edition of the game in your account.

Just ordered the Cadet version. Couldn't afford the others. It's activated in Steam, but it says it's a DLC called War Stories?
That's actually one of the grey market questionable sites.

As long as you have bought Hearts of Iron IV: Field Marshall Edition (Pre-Order), the expansions will be unlocked automatically under your HoI:IV DLC on Steam as soon as they are released to the public
Paradox usually updates your game with the locked DLC content, so essentially you already have the DLC, when you buy a Season Pass this acts as a key almost to unlocking it automatically so you can play straight away upon release!
so if I buy the game from GMG now, I will get the key to activate on STEAM immediately? Not on the release day?
Haven't tried the official PDX store b4. Can anyone already pre-order confirm that I will get the key immediately? (I know it sounds like a stupid question but every game sold on PDX store seems to handle it differently )

I noticed the Polish - United and Ready DLC was available as a pre-order incentive on the GMG site. Is this exclusive to GMG? I don't see it anywhere on the Steam product page.

Got my field marshal version from imperial games, key was instantly sent and accepted by steam. Cost me only 65$ instead of the wopping 90€ I'd have to pay through steam or paradox's store.
Sorry paradox, I would have gladly given you guys the $ (just like I did with HOI 3) but considering that a game like "The Division" goes for the same amount with a season pass I just can't justify the price you guys set. One may argue that for some people "The Division" sucks to which I will agree to some extent but that's not the point and although I don't know the development costs of either games I am very confident that "The Divisions" development costs were very likely twice if not multiple times more then HOI 4's.
I love your games, they are brilliant but I just can't agree on the price tag here.
