Still Pagan despite Ecclesial education.

Got a Alan Pagan woman in my court (Novgorod, Orthodox). Married her to a Russian guy. Got Alan Pagan offspring. Sent them for ecclesial education in the hope of getting good christians. Didn't work. One of them even got the trait "scholarly theologian", but remained Pagan and his stats weren't adjusted for this trait.

I believe that Pagans/Muslims and even Christians in your court should convert to your state religion over time.

well, Pagans should not be educated as priests and such imo.

either they should convert like you say or you should not have the option of giving them a religious education.

I'd presume this could be quite easily dealt with by a command in all the education traits that make the character of realm religion. Or perhaps even a chance dependent on the level of the trait, i.e. detached priests get a 50% chance and mastermind theologians 100%.
