200k Club

Hello,

I just want to ask if it's already too late to apply for 200k Club sign. I believe PI forum still had less than 200k members back then in 2007. On top of that likewise the other user, I wonder if it would be possible to change my nick? My current nick looks and reads awkwardly and I also have different nick from my current one in Steam and in Gamersgate.

No user name changes are possible at the moment, sorry. It's possible a future update to the forum software will allow it.

No idea on the other one, but given we are over 800k members now I rather doubt it.

200K club was not an automatic thing like the 500K, For the 200K icon you needed to purchase certain games from GG during the event an you received a special code, if you have one of those codes you can still use it.
The second phase of HAL will be implemented in about a month, it will not currently include name changes but does introduce the possibility of that happening in the future.

Ok thanks for your prompt response. I don't think I've bought the required games during that time.

I'm a bit worried, hopefully this new HAL will behaves better once he's fully implemented. You don't want somebody locking you out of the office while you're out there.

Sigh... I did it back then although a couple of days too late, apparently, as I didn't manage to get the icon despite my purchases...

The purchase gave you two separate codes, one for registering the game and one for registering the 200k icon, the icon itself did not come with the purchase automatically, you needed to still input the code to get it.
