The next update contains some bigger changes.
I worked in the russia-at-war-fix for the province.csv and with that another risk for CTDs should be gone.
New cultures for Scandinavia, Israel, Britain and Ireland.
I extended the HRE by provinces that were some day within. Only the area of the papal states are now still outside.
Do you see the white spot in Palestine on the map?
I reworked the resource-map and the new/changed resources are now:
Cocoa
Cotton and Linen
Ivory and Whaling
Honey and Wax
Agricultural products
I had to remove some 'right' goods (for manufactories) but the replacements are even without the 6 ducats production bonus on manufactories better then manufactories on 'right' provinces if the production efficiency is above 35-40%. So it is no disadvantage at all if some 'right' provinces are changed.
The resources in order of their production and trading income:
Only a quarter of all provinces have now good and very good resources but that quarter contains the half of all resource types. Nevertheless is getting a monopoly now much harder then before.
If you want to play with that resource-allocation in other WATKABAOI scenarios, you just need 3 files: Province.csv, goods.csv and resource.bmp
The culture changes are done in the scenariofile and not in the province.csv, so you could use the file without other changes.
