2 steam account

Do not ask why, But I have 2 account in family sharing on steam,

Some titles have them in an account, some in another, now that you have upgraded the system, can I add both accounts?

it's against Steam TOS.

Now I have to explain xD

Long ago I had a steam account and I lost it,i had a private email that was deleted because the contract expired, without the email I could not retrieve the account...
Then I started using my younger brother's account, In which I bought some paradox titles, When I discovered the existence of the family sharing system, I adopted a new account
and so on...

The problem is that I have some titles in that account, Can I add it in a way?

The short answer is no, and we have no intention of adding "multi-link" for Steam accounts. Since access is based on Steam ownership, if more than a single account could be connected to a Paradox account, you could in theory connect your friends account and gain access to game sections for games you don't own (but perhaps own illegitimately ).
