-When I add armies using the editor, I often get the error army id already used. Why is that (Isn't the editor smart enough fix this or what)?
-When I was looking over some USSR events, I found the Swedish winter war event. Under which conditions does this event trigger?

1)Editor sucks
2)This event will tigger when winter war event tiggers and Finland chooses to fight.

1) the editor is broken but you can fix this problem by changing the army ids.
Btw, you can try Jamie 550's editor.

Not only does it work, it does not require a forced re-install of HoI after use.

But really, just fool around with the text files for a bit (never overwrite anything, make sure you always have the original somewhere) and after a short while, you won't need an editor.

Just a thing more, is there any way adding ships using the editor?
