Summary​

2 guilds built in my capitol city.

Description​

Although each guild states "Only 1 Guild allowed per city", I have both the Merchants & Seafarers guilds built in my capitol.

Steps to reproduce​

I had built the Merchants guild first, and some time later (after fulfilling any prereqs I assume) the Seafarers Guild appeared in my build structures list. The attached image shows both guilds in my city.
