2 decisions in HTTT are bugged

Hi Paradox

Whenever I enact 'conduct population census' as province decision, my population of that province always drops with 10%.

Whenever I enact 'arrange festival' in the culture tab, I always gain 5 prestige.

It seems that these decisions are not working properly, therefore I would like to ask whether these bugs are going to be fixed in the patch or not.

Or maybe they are already fixed in the beta patch, I do not know (since I lost the manual of base eu3 and can't register).

Although if you want the beta patch you'll need to regisiter your EUIII/Complete to see the tech support forum where it hides.

It's a ninja beta patch !! Going forth and puttin the smack down on them pesky bugs, coming to a computer near you, but you wont know cause its a ninja !
