- A province of France starts with a lower case letter for no known reason: eveix or something like that

- Tool tips still say 'integral railway' when you advance to the road level past that

Very minor but annoying.

This was apparently as many computers of the time didn't always have the capability to recognise such letters. This can also be noted when people have problems downloading Revolutions and getting stuck on the French-named file which has an accented letter in. It is easily moddable, but was just changed so that all computers could play this game without problems like this. There is also a similar instance of a province name in Spain (begins with an 'A', can't remember what right now?).

Haven't noticed this. It is probably there, but I mean I haven't taken much notice, myself.
