I have the message settings set so than when an army or navy reaches its destination, I get a pop-up. When I click the Goto button on that pop-up, any law change being voted on is cancelled immedately, with no message or warning that it was cancelled. I have no idea why this is the case.

Is this just me, or does it do the same thing on your end?

Didn't played 2.8 yet, but IIRC any pop-up at all cancelled law change for me previously.
