2.8 chancellor <=> chaplain swap results in 'fired from council' modifier

All DLCs, no mods

I started a new game and the first thing I did was swapping chancellor vassal(he was bishop) with other councilor in chaplain position.

Swap was successful but both got 'fired from council' opinion modifier as well as 'recently fired' modifer


reproduction(this is what I did):

Start a game in 26 DEC 1066 bookmark as count of Glamorgan in wales.
Swap the bishop vassal who is chancellor (this could be different each time) with other councilor in chaplain position who is not landed.
Swap occurs with both having fired modifiers.

As a workaround, try right-clicking the lower councilor (the court chaplain) to initiate the swap. In most cases, that direction doesn't trip the bug.
