Here in this save you can see the Han Taoist general from China with a stack of 10k in one my my Bön provinces, but he is not taking any attrition. The last time I had a war against a Buddhist, their supply limit in my Bön territory dropped to about 1k, so I can't believe that the supply limit for these Taoists would be more than 10k. I know this army can take attrition, because it took attrition walking through the Tarim basin to get to me, from the "out of supplies" effect, but for some reason suddenly stopped taking any attrition when it entered my lands.

Or are armies from China considered to have level 4 military organization?

Armies from China don't suffer from attrition which is… plain stupid IMO.
