After the Aztec empire defeated, all other kingdom and empire titles destroyed, but "Aztec Empire" itself still remains.
To reproduction, load the sample save file, use the "Emperor of the Persian Empire", request Chinese Invasion on the “Aztec Empire” and join the war, win the war using the (super) army provided, then see what happens.
This is not an Ironman save, so I used some console cheats like "add_trait immortal" in it.
