Holy shit, I'd be curious to know what that translate to IRL...

But yeah, County Conv chance as well as heresies popping up here and there is closely tied to Moral Authority. Make sure you (or at least people of your religion) control Holy Sites and get rid of anti-popes, that should help you a bit to at least boost it up from 0.

Or just go Lollard !
