This actually predates 2.7, but I just assumed it had been reported elsewhen.

CM.6201 ( rumors of plot to kill child) and CM.6202 (rumors of plot to kill spouse) both lack restrictions to prevent a ruler from hearing “rumors” about a plot in which they are actively involved.

Further, CM.6202 (spouse) requires you to be paranoid, which I assume to be a bug on the grounds that neither CM.6200 (plots against you) nor CM.6201 (plots against child) has this requirement. The end result is that while anyone can hear rumors of a plot to kill them or their child, only paranoid characters can catch rumors of a plot to kill their spouse.
