When you secretly remain Ibadi the event will show string_muslim rather than Ibadi before 'ideals'.
One can also not start a cult even though they are not pagan/miaphysite/nestorian/heresy.
DLC: the collection + all major other ones (Charlemagne, Horse Lords, Conclave, Way of Life, Reaper's Due and Monks & Mystics I think), no cosmetic/music/content pack stuff beyond the collection though.

Reproduction: Start as the Azd Umanid in 769 --> swear fealty to the Abbasids --> wait/cheat for 250 piety --> pretend to join your liege's religion --> observe: you'll get an event with string_muslim in it and observe: there is no decision to start an underground community.
