[2.7] [WHGO] Technology Tooltip lists "nobuilding I"

Description: The tooltip for the "Castle Infrastructure" lists a "nobuilding I".
DLC's: I own all the major DLC's except the Sunset Invasion.
Mods: I do not currently use any mods.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start a new game in 769 as Petty King of Wessex.
2. Open technology screen.
3. Hover mouse over first "box" in "Castle Infrastructure".

Observe: Tooltip contains the usual (e.g. "Barracks III") but also "nobuilding I".

Tried to upload save game, but file upload does not accept ".ck2" files

It's a known issue and we are looking into it. Cheers for reporting it though.

For future reference, if you have a save game to share, you can just put it in a .rar or .zip file and then upload the file. As that should work.
