[2.7] I cannot raid of french land

As pagan and tribal kingdom - I can raid of germany provinces, but I cannot raid of french provinces. Gera was a bishop in Weimar; I moved my army to my land and then to french Lunenburg. But band of raides cannot do raid - they just stand.

No, I don't have (Ironman mode - few years later these lands ceased to be French and I cannot make a re-simulation)

You probably had a battle loss from a previous raiding party, resulting in you not being able to raid them for a short period.
