2.7.2 GMTV - Hospital Bug - Problem since 2.7.0.2

I ordered the construction of hospitals in the Holy Land after winning it in a crusade. I then gave the titles to the newly created Duke of Jerusalem. The hospitals completed construction after giving the titles away but they still show up in my outliner even though I no longer control or own those titles. See below.

The next page patch is going to transfer ownership of Silk Road trading posts from lieges to counts; I wonder whether the code from that could be re-used? I imagine that fixing this without creating thousands of hospital titles could be quite tricky.

If you revoke the titles with "problem hospitals" then give them back, the hospital goes with it, thus correcting the ownership. But the negative diplomacy effects of revocation don't make it worth it. This is really annoying.

PDX might well be willing to fix specific bugs in return for cash, but I imagine they'd want a five figure sum (in Euros).....
