2.7.2 (60bf) Specific Society Repeatables stopped appearing as research options

First two screenshots are from right before I finished researching Nerve Dampening 35. Last two are from right after. As you can see, my research options were exactly the same before and after. Some of those techs I have researched a lot. Some not even once. But Fleet Management Procedures, Admiralty Support Staff and Interstellar Expansion are not in the list. They did appear initially, and I researched all three of them a couple times each. But they stopped showing up entirely very early on after I researched all non-repeatable techs, and I've been seeing just these six options ever since.

The exact same issue has happened in the two other games where I managed to reach repeatables in 2.7.2, with the exact same repeatables missing. I don't know if it matters, but in all three games I was playing as a Synthetic Ascension Fanatic Materialist empire and I've encountered some issues related to this Ascension before, both of which I've already reported.

I believe this is by design.

Is it? I mean, it makes sense, no one would research anything else if they were available. But shouldn't it be mentioned somewhere? Not even the wiki mentions a limit.
