Description: Whenever I play a Lost Colony species using the human portraits, the advanced nation does not spawn at all if another species occupies the sol system at the beginning of the game. This occurs with 100 percent consistency in both singleplayer and multiplayer using the steps below. This leaves the player with a near useless origin since the advanced nation is not allowed to simply choose another star system if sol is occupied.

DLC: All, with the exception of the Lithoids Species Pack.

Mods: None.

Reproduction Steps:
  1. Create a Lost Colony species using human portraits. The bug occurs regardless of the species name or the starting system.
  2. Create any species, and set the home star system to sol. The bug still occurs if you rename the sol system on the species screen.
  3. Start a game playing as the Lost Colony species from step 1, and force spawning for the sol occupying species from step 2.
  4. Enter observer mode and note that the advanced nation has not spawned anywhere in the galaxy.

I have seen that too : I have use the pre-made "Comonwealth of mans" (not exactly sure for the english name).
But, i have found the earth in the other half of the galaxy... in the middle age ! (and no other human nation even with the "Lost colony" that is the origin of this specie)
The only explanation is that the colonial's ship (from the background of this pre-made specie) went through time...

I think (because it was a primitive earth) that this system wasn't occupied in the beginning of the game...

Other detail : the human from this earth were considered as another species (and not a sub-species of my specie).
