[2.7.1][OVSF] Council members regualrly going into seclusion

Yo,

Thanks for the headsup, that does sound kinda annoying. Problem is, I don't repro this on my end, so I'm a bit puzzled...

How much does it happen ?
Is it only at succession ?
Does it happen with a specific frequency or somewhat chaotically ?
Can a given councilor do that several times in a row ?
Does it happen in every one of your games or just "some" of them / just those with a specific government type ?

Would be awesome if you could link some of your savegames where this happens, so we can take a good look at it.

Any chance that councilor ended up leading armies for some reason ? Technically, if you assign them a job, they should stay put and keep doing it no matter what, but maybe there's some sort of mindgame with them taking up arms to fight somewhere... hmm...

But yeah, if you get it again, don't hesitate to update the thread with as much details as possible and, that would be tops, a savegame. I'll keep an eye out myself in the meantime.
