2.7.1 No Anomaly discovered pop up and/or pausing

I actually thought the change was great! Especially early in the game the auto-pause with anomalies annoyed me.

Throwing in another voice for having the anomaly pop ups come back. Especially early exploration becomes a tad tedious with manually opening all the notifications, not to mention that they can get easily lost later in the game (and we're not even talking about scientists backtracking to an anomaly they noticed a few weeks ago).

In an ideal world we would have message settings like in, well, all other Paradox titles, and I've frankly always been puzzled about why this feature doesn't exist in Stellaris.

I applaud the desire to cut down on interface/message spam, but I personally feel this is not an ideal way to do so.
 
Where did they stated it? I didn't see this announcement.

It's in the beta patch thread. I overlooked it, too. :)
