And I want to join the independence faction~

But once the time line start to roll....The button disappears..

Then I will be remove from the list without any notice~I can immediately join back but same thing will happen repeatably~

Additionally you can't start a faction. A "X faction led by Y has disbanded" message appears

Experiencing the same bug. I'm a vassal king under an emperor(HRE). Attached my save file.

Edit: After the emperor died, the bug didn't occur. I swore fealty to the previous one, so it might be something to do with that?

I've been having this same issue, I'm attaching the save file for reference. I'm a king vassal under Francia but this is REALLY problematic because people keep trying to vote me in as the Emperor of Francia but I don't want that to happen and the only way out of that is force a new emperor or for my (very good) character to die.
Other than that I do have a favor with the Emperor and as I said I'm the current heir to Francia but it seems like it's affecting all factions.

Thanks for the saves, they're pretty handy.

I'm not exactly sure what's happening here, but I know we've retouched to some extent the factions recently (some things weren't working), so maybe the fixing had some undesirable side effects.

Anyways, I'm making a ticket on our JIRA and we'll try to have it fixed asap.
