Hi, thanks for the report, we are aware of the issue, but even with it happening very frequently it can not be reproduced at will, which makes it very difficult to fix. Until we find a solution to this, you can do 2 things.
1. to make it happen less often, do not mix updating ship designs and reinforcement. Finish one, then do the other.
2. To reset your fleetmanager, select your fleet, click on transfer to new fleet, and move them all. you can then delete the old template in the fleet manager
