Was playing ironman. I did not partecipate in the first bid to get the Galactic Market.
I got the Galactic Resolution "Relocate Galactic Market" to pass, I selected a planet but there was no Boost "Nomination Bid" decision. I had energy and influence to do it. My planet had 120+ marketd Trade Value and I got only "Adequate" rating. I couldn't revoke my bid and the market went to an empire that, to my undestanding, didn't even nominate a planet (no planet rating modifiers in the planet interface).
So I tried again, this time I saved my savegame in another folder to test a bit, and again, after I nominate a planet I won't be able to boost my nomination, nor to revoke it. Also, no matter how many time I reload, the rating won't change, I keep getting weak/adequate rating on my planets/habitats.

All DLC minus Apocalypse, Federations, Lithoid Pack.
Mods: Light Borders, Whiter Stars, Softer Hyperlanes.

Reproduction steps:
  1. Load the game
  2. Wait a few days that the Resolution will pass;
  3. Dismiss the notification windows about the starting of the Galactic Market leadership competition;
  4. Select a planet and nominate it;
  5. There is no decision to revoke or boost the nomination;

Hi, firstly apologies for the delay in the reply! Thanks for the report and including both screenshots and saves. I've logged the issue internally for the devs to look at.
