[2.7.0 WHGQ] minor UI Bug: Great Holy War banner overlaps Plague banner

Expansions: All except Sunset Invasion
Mods: BiggerInterface, Better Readable Font, German Localization Improvement

Situation:

When a Great Holy War and a Plague banner is present at the same time in the left upper UI:

the tooltip of the Great Holy War banner is shown correctly

but seems to overlap the Plague banner and its own tooltip.
So even if you mouseover the Plague banner (and the plague banner got highlighted) the tooltip of the Great Holy War shows up instead, also when clicking elsewhere on Plague banner it will open the warscore window of the Great Holy War and not enter the deseases mapmode:

Confirmed, the tool tip for the plague banner does not work when the Crusade banner is there.

I also noticed when game is doing an auto-save (in ironman) the plague banner is set up to foreground and everything is ok, it shows both tootltips and both links working as intended.

But when clicking on your rulers portrait and exit it mentioned behaviour in my first post appears again -.-
