It was suggessted I post this as a possible Bug. For a long time now, whenever I play Welf Dukes of Anjou in the 867 start, when Francia and Aquitaine go Elective-which they always do, by the way-I always get elected to Aquitaine, and I always lose all of my demense in West Francia.

First, it doesn't make any kind of sense of Occitans to vote for a Frankish King. They would want one of their own.

Second, why do I have to lose all of my demense? I usually start with about 6 or 7 Counties, and I lose all of them when I become King.

Sure I get the Duchy of Bourbon, and one diddling little two-holding county in return. But that's it. Is this WAD? Or is it a bug? I have photos on Steam if you need them...

Please upload a save game before and after the succession, or at least Screenshots.
What DLCs and mods is also a crucial information in a bug report.

Thing is, I've never uploaded a save before, so I don't know how.

Sorry, not a technical person here...

What are the steps I need to take?

Upload the saves to any file hoster (eggs Dropbox) and share the download link.

I've never done this before. Sorry to sound like a dummy, but I don't even understand what you mean.

I looked at my Welf Save game in My Documents, and there are options for me to send it; including Compressed(Zipped) Folder.

Is that what you mean?

Nothing to be ashamed of. I will try to provide a detailed walkthrou when I have time. And the next few days I have not much. But we are not in hurry.

The easiest way, since you clearly won't do it often enough for the limited space to become an issue...

Open a reply to this thread, at the bottom right you should see a button labeled upload a file.

Click, navigate to the applicable save file and click the "open" button

The file will be uploaded and attached to your reply (may take some time depending on how large it is)

When it's completed you'll see a bar below your text window showing the file.

Type any applicable information in the text window (something like "here's a save from right before the issue, just do X to trigger the problem")

Click post reply

The most I can do right now is post some pictures from my Welf Game; the ones I posted in the other thread...

First photo shows me a Duke of Anjou, with all my Counties listed on the side...

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198094191452/screenshot/93849974214594142

Next photo shows what happened after I became King of Aquitaine...

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198094191452/screenshot/93849974211427547

As you can see, I lost all of my counties in West Francia, and received, in turn, one Duchy, and the two-holding county of Le Marche.

That is one hell of a nerf. Is it WAD?

It looks like I can't upload the saved game so people can look at it. All I know is that every time I play as Welf Dukes of Anjou, I always get nominated to be King of Aquitaine; which makes no logical sense at all.

And, when I become King of Aquitaine, I always lose all of my West Francia Demense.

If this is WAD, it's one of the most shallow bone-the-player moves I've ever seen. Especially since the player isn't even allowed to say no. We're literally forced to accept elevation to Kingship, along with the colossal nerf to our demense, to our power.

If it's not WAD, please fix it ASAP. Come to think of it, even if it is WAD, fix it anyway. It's shallow, and a gamey way to screw the player over for no good reason...
