2.6.2 [TPOW] Special Troops do not appear to get ANY bonuses.

I noticed this the other day, when examining the stats of special troops in the expanded army view (such as horse archers) no modifiers are listed. Not tech modifiers from the province, not building modifiers from holdings, not even the special modifiers retinues get.

I have no way to know if the modifiers are not being applied to the units or just not being listed but either way there's a problem.

I checked Horse Archers in Constantinople and War Elephants in India.

I think it might be a case of the tooltip simply not showing, but I'm not entirely sure. I'll be sure to file a bug report.
