[2.6.2] [TPOW] Missing text for province supply terrain modifiers

Description: As the title says. When hovering mouse to the province supply tooltips, the terrain modifiers text does not appear. Only the value of the modifier is present - Refer to the attached file.

DLCs: All major DLCs are enabled.
Mods: No mods are enabled.
Version: 2.6.2 TPOW

Reproduction Steps:
1) Start the game.
2) Load the game with any character and any bookmark.
3) Hover the mouse over to the province supply tooltips. No terrain modifier text shows up.

P/S: I couldn't find any bug report for this issue in the Forum, and it seems bizarre nobody had yet to report this. However, if I did indeed duplicated the bug report, feel free to close this, and point me to the original report link. Thanks.
