When in 1366x768 resolution,
step four of the Basic Tutorial has the "Information Bar" window.
Here the "Next" button at the bottom of the window is hidden...also in english
, as i verified in game.
This prevents the player to continue this part of the tutorial, and skipping here will leave out quite a bit of this part.
That should be file chapter_0_04.dds in the tutorial folder.
The picture was made by a new user of the game on the Steam forum and i post this bug report on his/her behalf.
No mods used.
