As title says, stone hillfort doesn't upgrade to castle walls II upon adopting feudalism, as it should.
To repro, just adopt feudalism :).

Also, a few missing texts in building construction page, when hovering mouse over your number of troops (to see calculation of said troops).

It's not supposed to. It converts to City Walls II when converting to a city, much as Large Market City converts to Castle Town II when adopting feudalism, but nothing when converting to a city.
