1. Zoom the map to Lanka
2. Click the province of Pihiti
3. Hover the "Water Crossings" icon (shown in the province view, just below the capital holding)
There's no tooltip.
Either:
A) The icon shouldn't appear at all, since there are no river or strait crossings.
B) There should be a tooltip, mentioning the narrow land bridge to mainland India and the penalties for attacking across it
C) There should be a tooltip, mentioning that the province supports a portage between Gulf of Mannar and Palk Strait, but that the portage does not interfere with land movement
